INGREDIENTS
10 oz Seared Beef Bites
2 cups day-old rice
1 cup frozen peas & carrots
1 egg
1 tbsp soy/tamari
1 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Scramble egg
set aside. Stir-fry veg 2–3 min
add rice and sesame oil
toss. Add beef and soy/tamari
fold in egg and green onion.
