INGREDIENTS
10 oz Seared Chicken Bites
2 cups cooked cilantro-lime rice
1 cup black beans (rinsed)
1 cup corn
1/2 cup pico de gallo
1 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm chicken. Build two bowls with rice, beans, corn, chicken, avocado, and pico. Finish with lime juice and cilantro.
