INGREDIENTS
10 oz Seared Chicken Bites
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp rice vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk soy/tamari, honey, garlic, and vinegar. Stir-fry broccoli and pepper in oil 3–4 min. Add chicken and sauce
toss 2–3 min until glazed and hot. Serve as-is or over cauliflower rice.
