INGREDIENTS
10 oz Seared Chicken Bites
1 cup quick-cook rice (dry)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1 cup frozen peas
1 tbsp chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Simmer rice per pack directions. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat
add chicken, lemon zest, lemon-pepper, and peas
toss 3–4 min to heat through. Fold in cooked rice and lemon juice
garnish with parsley and serve.
