INGREDIENTS

10 oz Seared Chicken Bites
1 cup hummus
1 cup cucumber, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thin-sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp za’atar or oregano
Warm pita (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Arrange hummus on plates
toss cucumber, tomatoes, and onion with olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs. Warm chicken and pita. Plate chicken with hummus and salad
serve with pita if using.
