INGREDIENTS
10 oz Seared Chicken Bites
2 cups cooked day-old rice
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 egg
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Scramble egg in a hot skillet and set aside. Stir-fry veggies 2–3 min
add rice and sesame oil
toss. Add chicken and teriyaki
fold in egg and green onions
serve.
